XBRLFY / Xura is operated by Manashid Economic Consulting — State of Kuwait. By using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the service.
02Service Description
- The platform is an intelligent technical tool that facilitates the conversion of financial statements and reports into the XBRL international disclosure standard
- Xura, the AI assistant, provides automated matching suggestions to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) as guidance — not as a substitute for professional review
- Generated XBRL files are available for preview and download — final review and certification is the sole responsibility of the user or their authorized professional
03Eligibility
You must have full legal capacity to use the service. Minors may not use the service without the consent of a legal guardian.
04User Account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Account transfer to any third party is prohibited without prior written consent from the company
05Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
- Upload false, misleading, or third-party data without authorization
- Copy, reverse-engineer, or distribute the platform code or content
- Transmit malware or disrupt server operations
- Systematically extract data or copy content through automated tools without written permission
06Intellectual Property
- All trademarks, logos, software, and designs within XBRLFY are the exclusive property of Manashid Economic Consulting
- No use of these assets is permitted without prior written authorization
- Your uploaded data remains your property — you grant the platform a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service
07Liability and Disclaimer
A — Data Accuracy
- The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without express or implied warranties
- The company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
- You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving output files before submission to any authority
B — Not a Regulatory Authority
- The platform is not a government body or official accreditation authority for XBRL files
- File acceptance is determined by the receiving authority (e.g., Ministry of Commerce or relevant regulatory bodies)
- The company accepts no liability for file rejection or requirements imposed by receiving authorities
C — Financial Liability Limitation
- The company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential financial losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the service
- Total aggregate liability — regardless of cause — shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the service during the 12 months preceding the incident
08Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without notice if:
- You breach any provision of these Terms
- Your use harms the platform or other users
- Required by court order or legal authority
09Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any dispute arising hereunder shall fall within the jurisdiction of Kuwaiti courts.
